Barca held to scoreless in Spanish Cup

MADRID, Dec. 21 -- Barcelona were held to a 0-0 draw by Athletic bilbao at the Nou Camp in the Spanish Cup last 16 on Tuesday.

Barcelona, missing Lionel Messi and David Villa, dominated the match but failed to find the decisive goal although a 25 meter shot by Andre Iniesta was only kept out by Bilbao's keeper Gorka Iraizoz.

Second division outfit Cordoba forced Deportivo La Coruna into a 1-1 draw while Villarreal and Valencia also ended in a goalless draw.

On Wednesday, Real Madrid face Levante.
