16-year-old girl becomes youngest chess queen

Hou Yifan, 16, the 13th and youngest world champion in the history of the women's chess, is interviewed at the airport, Beijing, Dec 27. Hou beat teammate Ruan Lufei at the just-concluded women's chess World Championship in Turkey. China also produced three other women's chess world champions, namely, Xie Jun in 21, Zhu Chen in 24 and Xu Yihua in 30.
